About Chris Jelley
Dr Chris Jelley (MEng, EngD, MBCS) has been involved in the IT industry for over 15 years, in software development, training and IT support roles. He has a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Leeds University, and an Engineering Doctorate in Advanced Computational Methods from Cranfield University.
Chris founded BeSupported as a means of using his commercial experience and training to benefit society as a whole.
About Conrad Jooste
Conrad Jooste (BCom, PDM) has been involved in the IT industry for over 12 years, in Internet banking, web application design and development, project management, search engine optimisation and pay per click advertising roles. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Information Systems and Accountancy from The University of Cape Town and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from WITS Business School in South Africa.
About Brian Willows
Brian Willows (BEng) has been programming and designing computers since he was only ten. He got an Electronics degree from Warwick University and has been involved with Personal Computer design, CD ROMs and the Internet. His name is associated with bespoke award winning e-commerce websites and cutting edge programming for both large and small businesses. He was the first person in the world to develop Google Checkout for OSCommerce.
About Jonathan Elwood
Jonathan Elwood has been involved in the design industry since 1982 after leaving the London College of Printing with a Diploma in Graphic Design and Reproduction (Merit). He cut his teeth designing magazines at Haymarket Publishing as a Group Art Editor, moving on to work briefly in advertising.
He took some time out in 1990 to follow his dreams as a professional musician and spent 5 years recording and touring with a variety of acts including Circus Archaos.
Since 1996 he has worked for a number of design and digital agencies as a Senior Designer, Producer and Project Manager, focusing predominantly on web and screen based design. He has gained wide and valuable experience in supporting large corporate businesses, government departments and SMEs and believes that good design is about creating a valuable experience that users take away with them.
About Tracy Richardson
Tracy is our Office Manager, she's the one who keeps the show on the road. If you have a query about an invoice or generally want to know how to get in touch with Chris or Conrad then Tracy is the person to speak to. Tracy is currently doing an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration and a Bookkeeping and Computerised Accounting course which means by the end of it she'll be even more bossy...er.sorry...we mean organised!
